Dr. Paul Eggleston
Principal Dentist

Dr Paul Eggleston BA. BDentSc. qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2003 with an honours degree. He has since worked in private practice mostly in Dublin, having worked locally in Raheny from 2006 to 2012. In 2013 he set up his own surgery Howth Road Dental in Killester, Dublin 3. He is committed to continued dental education having completed many courses in modern restorative dentistry techniques, short term orthodontics and endodontics. He is currently completing a postgraduate certificate in restorative dentistry from the British Association of Restorative dentistry

His new practice provides a full range of dental services from standard scale and polish cleanings, fillings, dentures, root cancel treatments, to cosmetic treatment like teeth whitening, crown & bridge, veneers and teeth straightening. At Howth Road Dental we aim to provide exceptional gentle dental care for our patients in a comfortable and friendly environment. Through a careful comprehensive mouth examination our patients needs are assessed, and then an easy to follow health care programme is tailored to their needs. Dr. Clodagh Cusack
Associate Dentist

Clodagh graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2002. She then spent time working in London and Australia before returning to Dublin to continue working in general practice having worked in North Dublin since 2013.

She is a member of the Irish Dental Association and affiliate member of RCSI. Clodagh has a keen interest in preventative, minimally invasive and aesthetic dentistry. She has completed numerous continued professional dental courses in RCSI, Kings College London and Eastman Dental Institute to ensure high quality evidence based care for her patients in a relaxed environment.

Dr. Tara Fitzgerald
Special Interest in Facial Aesthetics

Dr Tara Fitzgerald BA BDentSC qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2004. Tara then worked in the HSE Australia and private practice for 10 years in Raheny for 10 years providing general dentistry. She provides facial aesthetic treatments to her existing and new patients at Howth Road Dental.

She completed Medical Aesthetic Training in Advanced Botox and Dermal Filler from Harley street in 2014. She has since carried out Continuing Professional Development with Merz Aesthetics.

Eileen Flynn
RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist)

Eileen began her dental career in the Dublin Dental School and Hospital where she received a Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2008. Afterwards Eileen decided to pursue her interest in the preventive aspects of Dentistry and returned to study in Trinity College graduating with a Diploma with Distinction in Dental Hygiene in 2015 as well as receiving the Dental Council award for best overall academic achievement.

Eileen is very committed both to our patients and in continuing education and is a registered member of the Dental Council and Irish Dental Hygienists Association. Her experience alongside her genuine interested in patient care and comfort ensures the very best quality oral health care for our patients.
